NY_MicroServiceRegistryPlugIn

This plugin provides a microservice registry.

Multiple registry plugins can be loaded and executed on different nodes. If several registry plugins are executed in one nyssr.net , the registries synchronize with each other. This increases the network's reliability.

There should be at least one node in the network loading and running this plugin.
